A four-year veteran, Wallace, 21, joins the Timbers after playing the second half of the 2010 season with the Colorado Rapids following a July trade from FC Dallas. The having played his entire MLS career in Dallas since being acquired by the club in the 1st round, 9th overall pick, in the 2007 SuperDraft as a Generation adidas player. Wallace has appeared in 15 games, with 11 starts, with Dallas playing in 842 minutes. He played in two games in 2010 for FCD totaling 16 minutes. On the international level, Wallace played for the United States U-17 and U-18 teams and was a member of the U.S. U-20 squad that participated in the 2007 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Canada.

Moffat was selected by the Timbers from the Columbus Crew with the club's third selection in the 2010 MLS Expansion Draft. The midfielder enters his seventh professional season and fifth in MLS, having begun his career in his native Scotland before signing stateside with Cleveland City Stars of the USL. He then signed with the Crew in 2007, for whom he has scored five goals and added one assist in 44 career matches (36 starts).
