My buddy has a pre order for Xbox one and ps4. He no longer wants the ps4, so the question Is, should I buy it at launch or wait? My fiancee doesn't want me spending $400 right now with us buying another house, but I'm just going to sell some of my old snes big $$$$ games that I never play if I get it

Agreed on all fronts. However, I just bought honeymoon tickets to Hawaii, we have a wedding in a few months, we are looking at buying another house in troutdale, and I'll need to spend a couple thousand in upgrades to rent out my current house. So it's a sore subject until all this crap is done. Annnddddd playing ps4 when I have a million things going on could suck

In all seriousness, it sounds to me like maybe you should hold off. Not only is it much cheaper to stay off the cutting edge of tech, it sounds like your relationship could suffer if you jumped in right now. Video games are fun and all, but at the end of the day they aren't gonna be keeping your bed warm, you know? Save money now. Build up trust and cred with the special lady friend. Treat yourself when you have a little more disposable time and money on your hands, and enjoy lower prices and larger game libraries as a bonus.

Hell yes, I would. I think Sony learned from there mistakes last time with the PS3. Rumor has it they are making another Uncharted 4 and a new God of War game. Sony has said on Thursday they will make another big announcement about new exclusive games coming to PS4.

This is a rumored bundle for February, i'd definitely wait for that if it's real. With Watch Dogs being delayed that's the first real big next gen game i'm interested in outside of the yearly nba game.

Shocking PS4 Announcement' Coming later this week (Tomarrow.) Sony says it will blow our minds.

Metal Gear Solid creator Hideo Kojima claims a Sony announcement later this week "will blow your mind."

The "shocking PS4 related announcement" is part of Sony's pre-launch event Thursday, November 14. Naughty Dog's story expansion for The Last of Us is a known announcement , and Kojima already teased exclusive PlayStation content coming to Metal Gear Solid 5. We'll find out tomorrow whether the teases are related to the reveal he's hinting at today.
