thats a great pick up for Edmonton. Penner is a lazy player, but he turned it up in LA at the right time and is a MASSIVE body in front of the net

Penner for a 4th is a good low risk move for a team like Capitals pushing for playoffs. He can be a dog but he is a rental big body and played really well for LA in their cup run.

Rundblad is turning out to be a bust. I thought about him but the reality is he can't play any defense. Basically, they traded for him in case on of their puck moving defenseman gets hurt. He will not see the light of day on that team.

Penner is 7" too tall and 60 pounds too heavy for Glen's liking, the Rangers are much better off with Dorsett at RW. If Penner is lazy with 32 points in 49 games what does that make Callahan, Hagelin, & Pouliot? I'd be willing to give up a 4th rounder for Penner any day, not like Glen will do anything productive with the pick. I'm afraid I agree with dis, Glen's big move will be to cave to the Captain. Hope I'm wrong.
