Trouble posting youtube videos

Anyone else having trouble posting youtube videos?

The feature for posting videos isn't working for me. I had to copy the code from another post to get it to work.

This code, which is what I'm getting when I use the video posting feature, isn't working for me: [video] ]

This code that I copied from someone else's post works:

How do I get the second code when posting videos?

What I don't like is the inability to embed a video that starts at a specific point.
