The point of my quote is to directly refute the idea that anything Rudy G says in public is relevant to what actually happened. Or somehow backs up Buzzfeed. The dispute over documents is what matters in this story. If Cohen didn't have emails or something proving this when he apparently had tons of other documents then this story is dead.

So I'm catching up on threads this morning, both checking to see if I said something stupid in the threads (that takes up most of my time on here actually), and also checking to see if something funny was said that I could use during the day and steal credit for...and then I opened up this thread in a new tab and read through the posts I opened.

And as I'm reading this quote, I see the "Rudy G" thing, and I instantly thought about what Rudy Fernandez might have said, and then I realized no, he was talking about Rudy Gay. So obviously I preemptively stopped myself from saying something else stupid in this thread.
