They haven't. They won't. So now you are celebrating the idea that corporations could help pay for it. American companies are not Mexico, last I checked. Also, having companies spend money on a needless wall during a downturn in the economy spells a possible disaster. Expecting wealthy companies to bail out Trum's ego is a fail, and could be considered a "tax" by proxy.
