I filed my taxes this year for the first time and i have already recieved my state refund.

The problem is that my state refund is 80 dollars less than what turbo tax calculated it to be. Can anyone account for the difference? Has anyone ever had that happen?

As a non resident (work in Oregon and live in Washington), my state taxes are odd. I've had the state either tweak it up or down and I always get a written explanation in the mail.
