So my wife and I are expecting twins some time in January. We already have a son so we know what it's like raising a child, but obviously haven't had the experience of raising two babies at once.

Any advice from people with twins, who are twins or maybe have multiple children close in age?

We don't know the genders yet but they're identical. We are guessing girls, which is unfortunate for them because our son is so damn cute that I'm going to be horribly overprotective of my gorgeous twin girls, if that's the case.

In my high school weight training class there were some total El Presidente style bro twins that really got into lifting, like "do you even lift" level. They were pretty cool though.

From spending time with my 9-year-old identical twin nieces, one of the easiest things you can do, especially while they're young, is be sure to give them not only different outfits, but also different hairstyles. This can make things much easier for people who aren't you to tell them apart.

I have raised two boys a year apart and it was as easy or easier than raising my youngest son by himself later on in life. Less demanding of attention

Our boys were born this past Thursday! So proud of my wife on her delivery... water broke and three hours later we had two new family members. No c-section, either.

I can say that while it is going to be rough, I'm excited to watch myour kids grow.
