UCF ticket holders are smoking somthing....

My wife is a student at UCF and she wants to go to a game....Im thinking thats great, shes never wanted to go to a football game before, Ive always had to drag her with me....so I go searching for tickets to the home opener vs. Texas....and what do I find? $165 each is the cheapest and some are in the $400 range....WTF? Its UCF....that game will be 50-0 before the coin touches the ground....for $165 a ticket, I should get to play, and not for UCF, but for Texas....I should be shotgun snappin' it to Vince Young, who places the ball back on the ground, and they let me run the fumblerooskie for the score with Ricky Williams and Cedric Benson blocking from the backfield....then they should give me a ride home and buy my dinner at the Sizzler'....$165 for a UCF game? I thought it was a joke, but it cant be, because it isnt funny....</p>

btw, i just found something more ridiculous....season tickets in the reserved sections are $200....that of course includes tickets to the Texas game....now Im thinking about buying a pair of season tickets and selling the seats at the Texas game to pay for the other 5 games....

You have to have a certain donor level to buy those tickets. So you have to donate 500, for the privlege of buying the 200 season tickets. If you want to go to that game, i can try and manipulate VP Bill to give us his season tickets, if not that game, i might be able to wrangle a different one.

I dont think you do...I was on the UCF website last night and it looked like anyone could buy season tickets for face value....I know my wife can get season tickets for $72 but they are paperless tickets, using your student ID to get in, so you cant exactly resell those.....

I know when VP was going to buy tickets. He had to bid just to get the oppertunity to purchase tickets based on his donor level. He got 200 dollars tickets only after reaching 500 dollar donor level
