Can somebody please critique this sig for me? All comments/suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: I'm thinking about making a set now.... I just need to get the pictures of the other Heat players. Here's some of my other ideas... Please critique all three of you can. Thanks.

Here are some updated versions of the sigs above. Tell me what you guys think. (and yeah, I know the Wade background isn't that good. I'm going to fix it later.

Getting better. You need to add a player effect to them whether it be a picture stroke, a motion blur, or a glow--it'll look much more professional that just sticking the picture in there.

What amped3 said, plus you can take the player (layer) and always click Image>Adjustments>Brightness/Contrast and play with it a bit till till it blends in perfectly with said background.
