"The Last Emperor" (27-1-1), is reportedly negotiating with UFC President Dana White for a possible fight contract. The UFC is currently the dominant brand in MMA, having recently bought-out its closest competition, PRIDE FC of Japan. Many PRIDE stars have already signed with the UFC, including new light heavyweight champion Quinton "Rampage" Jackson and PRIDE Middleweight and Light Heavyweight champion "Hollywood" Dan Henderson.</p>
Emelianenko has a nearly flawless pro fighting record with victories over the best heavweights the world has to offer. Only the UFC can offer Fedor fights with top competition he hasn't faced before, including heavyweights Andrei "The Pitbull" Arlovski, Brandon "The Truth" Vera, Gabriel "Napao" Gonzaga, Tim "The Maine-iac" Sylvia, and current UFC champion Randy "The Natural" Couture. </p>
