Underage Sex

Should you go to jail for pre-marriage sex? Here in GA there have been a few cases where that has happend. Does anyone agree with that? I personally dont think you should go to jail for having sex before marriage.

BCB what is your argument for making pre marrital sex a criminal offense? I don't think be a law, it is to much of a moral issue. How would they enforce it, it's actaully quite silly when you think about it.

That's ridiculous, if it's illegal then it's not going to stop anyone from doing it, it makes more sense to educate youth than to condemn them for it.

My opinion is you should only have sex if you are deeply in love with your partner and you use protection...i think underagge sex is fine as long as your not like 12-15...

No. I think most people should wait until after high school to have sex but I dont see what's wrong with it if you use a condom and if you are fuly mature.
