I'm surprised at the number of people, both in the press and at forums, who think Vince was being serious. It's written all over his face that he's joking, and RJ seems to play along.
Carter and Harris seem to be amusing each other. In an interview the other day, you hear Devin say jocularly "hi, Vincent" to Carter who was apparently cracking jokes off camera. After one of his stellar plays last night, Devin made eye contact with Carter and couldn't contain his wide grin. Later, after the driving left hander and-one where VC split the trap on the pick and roll, he looked over at Devin as if to say, "how do you like that?" and Vince had to literally bite his lip to keep from laughing. I think Devin's constant energy, good nature, and unquestionable flair getting to the rim are going to keep VC inspired, even competitive (in a good way) for quite a while. Another bonus from this trade.
