video file to mp3

On Saturday I went to an Elton John/Billy Joel concert with some friends. A friend of mine recorded the entire Piano Man song on her camera. I was wondering if I could take that video and just make a MP3 out of it? I suppose it would be helpful if I knew the format her video is in... I'll figure that out and come back and post...

if thats difficult to use.. you can upload the video to youtube and rip audio from there..
