Well it depends on how long you've been doing this. It's way too contrasted.You should do a tutorial, it will help a lot.

It looks ok. Text isn't the best and could be better. The pic shouldn't be blue either, just have it be the regular color and put pic effects on it or something. It'll look better that way. Also, I don't know whether it's because the Carter pic's opacity is less than 100% but to me, it looks like the Nets logo layer is above the pic layer. It looks kind of wierd.
