Re: WAHOO!!!

WE WON THE CHAMPIONSHIP OF OUR LEAGUE!We beat another local private school. To get there we won on Monday and Tuesday. We won 43 to 40. My whole school was there in the stands. It was awesome.I had 4 points (1-2 fg, 2-4 ft), 4 rebounds, 1 steal, 1 block in 10 minutes (24 minute game)We only played 6 players but it was a great team effort thanks to the bench jumping up and down and screaming. Plus I hit 1 clutch free throw to put us up by 5. It was great!Note: We beat the team with the #1 ranked 14 year old in the nation to win the championship

Re: WAHOO!!!

Short games, yes? Mine are 40 min.Good job though, always good to win a big tourny.

Re: WAHOO!!!

Considering the #1 ranked 14 year old in the nation lives in New York, I doubt you played him. It's cool to win championships. I remember my first title, it was nuts.

Re: WAHOO!!!

Good job on winning that title, hope your team continues it's success in years to come.

Re: WAHOO!!!

Congrats man. It's cool that you didn't try and make yourself look like the star of the game.

Re: WAHOO!!!

Congrats on the win.I remember a kid that went to my high school was ranked the #1 sixth grader or so in the country. He was about 6 years older than I. He was about 5'9" and didn't grow anymore at all. He got kicked off the team senior year for carrying a firearm I think. He goes to some North Dakota Community College now.... Good times.

Re: WAHOO!!!

Pacersfan, you're full of bullsh**. You did not play the #1 ranked 14 year old in the country...

Re: WAHOO!!!

Re: WAHOO!!!

Is this high school basketball, or what?..Because if he's the number 1 14 year old in the country, wouldnt he be on the varsity high school team..Holy f*cking crap...Theres a freshman in Indiana named DeShaun Thomas, averaging 27 ppg, 14 rpg. He's a 6'7 guard, and he's being compared to LeBron James..

Re: WAHOO!!!

Still even if it was 8th grade basketball, couldn't he be playing on varsity still if he's that good. I'm not sure iuf some states don't allow that but I know OJ Mayo did it.

</div>he was held back. lots of outstanding ballers are held back so they can be bigger and have an extra year to mature. O.J. Mayo was held back.Plus he went to my school in 2nd grade but switched.
