The key to Walton's watchability is what's going on on the floor. If it's a great game, his blathering is a distraction. If it's an unwatchable shit fest, his ridiculousness makes it watchable just to see what "gems" he may unleash.

I actually dont mind Walton. Sure hes going on and on about, who knows what, but its not any worse than watching an ESPN game where all they do is talk about Lebron and the Lakers or GS, whether they’re actually playing or not. Or hearing Calabro talk about Swishbombs...

Walton basically rode the Warrior schlong during a reg season game with the Blazers. Talked non-stop about how great GS was, gave Portland the City some love, but pretty much ignored the Blazers, even though they won.
