So I am moving to Seattle in a couple of weeks and I know we have some northern fans here on this site. I am just wondering if there are any good Blazer bars in Seattle. Also -- what's the ability to catch the Blazers up there on TV? I assume it is NBALP or Comcast only?

No LP as Seattle is considered part of the Portland market, however you can get CSNW in an extended package. No HD though unless something has changed since last season. As for Blazer bars, none that I know of. Anytime I'm out in places that show basketball it's whatever is nationally televised. The NBA seems all but forgotten in these parts.

:check: CSNNW is on the second-tier of cable for Comcast. You don't need to get the SportsPack. Even though it's right after the ESPN family of HD channels in the lineup, the games are in SD.

NBATV shows the games in HD, though.

As far as bars go, I don't know that I've ever been to a "Blazer Bar". But I've watched it in places like the Ram and Sport.

Call around and find bars that have CSNW. I'm sure there's plenty that do.

Or maybe you should just stay in P-Town!
