We are destined to meet the Lakers in the first round

If we somehow managed to get the 5th seed; L.A. will drop to 4th. If we get 6th, Lakers will land 3rd and if we get 7th, Lakers stay at 2. I hate to say it, but we are going to have a tough first round against the Lakers.

Personally I love it! As much as I hate the fact the Lakers are probably the worst first round match up for us; we need to go through them to go far in the playoffs. The best game 1 we could win against them is when they are in doubt.

Well you've known me for years King. You know how much a post season series win against the Lakers will mean to me. I get to gloat to all my Laker friends here in SoCal. I thought I had it in 2000, but we knew that outcome. I had a call with Sly and we talked about this. This has been the first time since the Drexler Blazers that I have no doubt that this team has the ability to beat any team in the league. I truly believe it too.
