I'm not so sure Moore's law has that much of a future.

They're not really making CPUs faster by much anymore. They're focused on making them use less power and have more cores.

They may become much more parallel, but I don't see processors becoming many times faster than they are already.

If its an issue of memory, the NSA may be building a disk farm in the near future that's sufficient in size.
