WELLS FARGO FAN FEST TICKETS AVAILABLE NOW​

Free tickets for Oct. 1 scrimmage available at area Wells Fargo banks​

PORTLAND, Ore. – Fans will have their first opportunity to catch the 2010-11 Portland Trail Blazers in action when the team hosts its popular preseason tradition – the Wells Fargo Fan Fest – on Friday, Oct. 1 at the Rose Garden. Doors open at 5 p.m.

Free tickets and family passes are available at all Wells Fargo bank branches in Oregon and Southwest Washington. Fans will also be admitted by showing a Wells Fargo check/credit card at any entrance. Parking will be free, subject to availability.

The event, which drew a record attendance of 16,752 last year, will be headlined by an intra-squad scrimmage at 6 p.m. and will include an informal on-court q&a session hosted by Trail Blazers television broadcaster Mike Barrett.

Fans will also get a chance to see the new-look BlazerDancers perform. The event will include prize giveaways from Blaze the Trail Cat and the Stunt Team. All regular-priced merchandise at the Fan Shop will be 15 percent off.

Fan Fest attendees are encouraged to bring donations of new school supplies, to be donated to the nonprofit Schoolhouse Supplies, which provides free supplies to local school teachers. Donations will be collected during ingress.

The Trail Blazers’ preseason schedule officially begins on Oct. 5 against the Los Angeles Clippers at the Rose Garden.
