Hollinger said Wes came off the bench after Cook took down Przybilla.

We're gonna be so fucked if he's suspended for our next game( ironically against PHX).

We've had it anyway. Tonight we had to take out about 3 Clippers to win. Against a normal team, we'll have to injure about 6 of their players or get them thrown out. Lakers and Celtics, about 9 or 10.

D-League, only about 2.

The more games he's suspended, the less chances for him to suffer a career-altering injury.

It's all good.

You win championships with black holes. Kidd and Nash and Sergio (the three preeminent pass-first point guards of this generation) have 0 titles combined.

But their careers are not over yet, so it is premature to judge them. Each of the three could still win multiple titles.

That's racist. Kidd's only half black and Sergio and Nash are as lilly white as they come.

Wes might get off, but now Dre???? Noooooooo, that's even worse. http://espn.go.com/nba/dailydime/_/page/dime-101206/daily-dime

Although the play happened in front of the Clipper bench, Portland's Wesley Matthews appeared to break through a picket line of Blazers' assistant coaches and advance up the sideline outside his team's bench area. If so, he would also face an automatic one-game ban too.

"I don't know what you're talking about," said Matthews, who led the team with 26 points.

"I know I didn't get on the court. There was no intention for me to go out there, it was just a spur of the moment type thing, so hopefully I'm all right. David Stern, I didn't do anything. I'm just an intense player and I love my teammates."

Matthews may skate on a technicality, however, as the TV broadcasters I talked to said there may not be video evidence. Unlike playoff games, most TV broadcasts have just a main camera (which was focused on the fracas at the other side of the court) and one baseline camera (which also, I'm told, was on the baseline by the Clipper bench). Their limited view of the happenings along the Blazer sideline may inhibit definitive proof of his guilt.

Portland's Andre Miller, however, is unlikely to be as fortunate. Midway through the fourth quarter, he turned himself into a human battering ram and torpedoed a blindsided Blake Griffin into the stanchion under the Clippers' basket; unlike Matthews' transgression, this one has abundant corroborating video. At the very least, Miller will likely have a flagrant-1 added to his file. The normally calm Griffin was upset enough to have a heated conversation with ref Pat Fraher over the unbelievable fact that none of the three refs saw it.

"There wasn't [a] foul called," said Miller. "I got my opportunity to get a lick in."

Some hilarious comments from both Wes and Dre. I really hope Dre's streak doesn't end here.

When does the bidding war start for Sergio to bring him back to the NBA?

How come Denny can suspend, but never gives fragrants? Flagrants I mean. He probably lets some fragrants now and then.

They never said anything about Miller getting suspended.. They just said he might get a flagrant 1 on his record.

I hope so, but Hollinger said, "at the very least, Miller will likely have a flagrant-1 added to his file. " I was being pessimistic.

Never even saw the Andre Miller foul! Wes on the other hand.......... I have access to 8 cameras and we were talking to the refs all night. Showed them multiple angles of a lot of shit tonight. Wes didn't go onto the court, Geoff Clark ran in front of him and stopped him from leaving the bench area.

It sounds like what you are saying is that Andre is guilty, guilty, guilty. Otherwise, you and your 8 cameras would be denying it, right?

I honestly don't remember the play. I didn't save it, so if the league calls tomorrow, we don't have anything to show.

Sergio's is. Well, his NBA career anyway. I suppose he could still win multiple titles in some third rate European league no one has ever heard of.

Good. For the record, I don't remember it either.

Not necessarily. He could make a triumphant return to the NBA and win the MVP. It isn't literally impossible.

LOL, 2 years since Sergio left, and BNM still hating on him.

And, fwiw, Sergio is playing pretty well on the best team in the ACB. Averaging about 8pts, and 3 asts (team leader) in 23mpg as the sole PG behind Sergio LLul (if the last few games are any indication, Sergio should start over LLul soon enough). Here are some highlights of him tearing apart Olympiacos:

Those numbers are staggering..

Well, as we all should know by now, assists don't come easy in Europe, with stingy scorekeepers. In comparison, Ricky Rubio, who is one of the top PGs in the ACB is averaging only 6pts and 6asts in 25mpg, on much more crappy %s than Sergio.

But it still remains, I'd still love to have him back as our backup PG than Armon on Patty (it was nice to see him actually throw Rudy a lob, though).

The Garbajosa trip foul was hilarious.

Good to see Sergio doing well. He looks like he's matured.

Rubio sure isn't looking like a star point guard.... but you just never know in the NBA.
