It was a lifetime ban if I am recalling correctly.

I know he's an athlete in his prime, and he has infinite resources and help to rehab, but damn that seems fast to get back by August. It's not a competition, Wes. I ruptured my achilles almost 3 years ago, and even after the boot came off I felt a long ways away from feeling like I could play ball again. My doctor told me not to think about it until a year from the rupture, but even after that year passed, it took me a couple more months before I thought I could. Now I'm back to playing a couple times a week without any worries...but I definitely lost a step or two. Turning 38 might have something to do with that too.

Hope Wes does make a full recovery and is back in action this fall (for us!). At least he won't have to play huge minutes now that we have a solid backup in CJ!
