Yep - still just a "kid" with a couple of million bucks.
Sometimes they just have the: not urgent, no big deal, I'll get around to doing it later attitude .....until of course they suddenly aren't so "young" anymore and run out of opportunies.

A kid like him would've probably benefitted from having a D.I. in his face and some humble pie.
