Yeah thats ankle tape.. I've got a real problem with that stuff: I have bad ankles so I need to wear it so they dont flop, but if I DO wear it, my ankles circulation gets cut off or some shit and it really holds me back with speed and agility.

I had my ankles taped for every football and baseball game i ever played, and 2 times a game for football. Football on the outside of the cleat and baseball on the sock. I bet i cost my school thousands of dollars for all that tape.

I used to have my ankles tapped up too, but they were done by one of our team's trainers, so they were done up right. Kept me from turning an ankle but left me unimpeaded.

I never tape my ankles. I've been injured once in football only, and that was a pulled groin. I prolly should, considering my ankles feel like crap. My knees are horrid though, always give out on me.I taped my fingers together in basketball all the time. Since I always sprained them getting those 50 rebounds and 25 blocks a game

I always wore the ankle tape becuase I have 20% of the cartilidge in my ankles. And I also shatteed my ankle in baseball ala Jason Kendell, only mine was on 3rd base.
