The Blazers would need a miriad of multiple Andrew Nicholson contracts on active payroll to achieve FULL ROOKIE super powers. The Spurs and Rockets did it by absorbing John Walls mega-max contract.

Portland would need a superstar that doesn't want to play anymore. Right now all the big contract ballers want to win. Other then Ben Simmons.
