My basic education teacher played this short film in class, then asked us to write a 2 chunk paragraph explaining what we think it was about, and any concepts that stuck out to us. So i want to know, what do you guys think?</div>
Doesn't seem like a very difficult movie to understand.
If you observe the beginning, the "DJ guy" appears to "fall" from the sky (as if he were an angel that lived in the Heavens). This individual appears to have electronic equipment that controls time and space. He is sent to a particular location where he is supposed to prevent a fellow riding a bike from getting hurt by a car (a ball gets in the biker's way, making him lose control of his bicycle and he thus plunges through an incoming car's windshield).
When he uses his special "DJ" equipment to change the past, he unexpectedly causes other tragedies to occur by changing the basketball's path into other directions. After a couple of tries, he's able to guide the ball in the right fashion so that it will not cause mayhem and also fortuitously makes the people in that area realize that they should take life more lightly.
The basic theme in this short film seemed to be that minor occurrences have a large impact on the future and that one should appreciate life for what it is really worth instead of wasting one's time on frivolous quarrels (etc.). Good luck with your homework.
