What is your high score in bowling?

I bowled a 243 many years ago.

When I was 11, my parents got me into a Saturday bowling league to get me out of the house (and as a reward for not being able to play little league or peewee football b/c I had to babysit my brothers after school).

2nd match of the season...8 strikes to start it off, wobbly 10-pin on the 9th frame, 10th-frame turkey. 279. Didn't get above 210 the rest of the season...and that's the last I ever played competitively.
