people get offended by everything these days, its like you have to think before you say anything, otherwise you might find yourself in troubleHmm, I get the push back on being too PC and whatever, but this is just flat out inappropriate language. A failure to understand or see how or why reflects very poorly here.
Until it's something you might be passionate about? Like "Woke" and "Cancel Culture" maybe? The Feminist line speaks volumes.people get offended by everything these days, its like you have to think before you say anything, otherwise you might find yourself in trouble
feminist shit, woke & cancel culture are pissing me off
So I tell this person to go away and you delete my post….yet you let him spread this hate speech on here. Fuck this place man. You guys are slipping lately.people get offended by everything these days, its like you have to think before you say anything, otherwise you might find yourself in trouble

He said some pretty shitty homophobic comments a ways back, but since has seemed to legitimately have learned and changed from that issue.Didn't Hardaway just come back from sensitivity-type training?

It's actually a lot more common parlance than you might think. Enough so that mediocre comedian Dane Cook even has a bit about its inappropriate usage.Longtime baseball broadcaster Jim Kaat caught flak this season for referring to Nestor Cortes as "Nestor the Molester," which was obviously not a good thing to say but kind of excusable given that he's an 84-year old who, in his lifetime, has heard the word 'molest' used as a synonym for aggravate or annoy.
There's really no circumstance where saying someone raped someone else during a broadcast is acceptable. It's not common parlance and not something you'd remotely expect to hear on a broadcast. It's 'locker room talk' at best.

Especially when your JOB is to speak. This is like getting upset that you are being forced to wash your hands before plating a dinner for a customer at a restaurant. Can't stand this cancel culture. Canceling my salmonella and booger hands.Thinking before you speak is a good thing.
Lester "The Molester" Connor, OSU basketball legend and 1982 Pac 10 Player of the Year, was given that moniker because of his defense.Longtime baseball broadcaster Jim Kaat caught flak this season for referring to Nestor Cortes as "Nestor the Molester," which was obviously not a good thing to say but kind of excusable given that he's an 84-year old who, in his lifetime, has heard the word 'molest' used as a synonym for aggravate or annoy.

theres difference in insulting someone and when someone finds something as an insult"I want to offend as many people as possible but people are standing up for themselves. They suck"
That is what you're saying, just so you know.
I prefer the term "garbage."I remember when calling someone "trash" was very offensive. Now it is so common. It makes me feel a little uncomfortable when I hear it. Can we stop using that term?
God forbid people get offended hearing you use an offensive term or slur. Especially when using that slur that could pertain to others as an insult about someone else. But why can't YOU be able to say what you want, everyone else be damned?!?!theres difference in insulting someone and when someone finds something as an insult
if i say to someone: "fuck you", thats an insult, but if i say: "that was retarded thing to do", someone might find it insulting
obviously, when you insult someone, you should be prepared for consequences, but i dont think you should be in trouble if you say something and someone finds it as an insult and nowadays, people find everything as an insult
different cultures i guess, maybe if i were born & raised somewhere else, id be thinking like some of you and if you were born & raised in this part of the world, youd probably be thinking like i doGod forbid people get offended hearing you use an offensive term or slur. Especially when using that slur that could pertain to others as an insult about someone else. But why can't YOU be able to say what you want, everyone else be damned?!?!
I mean, seriously, why does it upset you that you can't call someone retarded? Seriously? Maybe err on the side of being a decent human being instead of a piece of shit. It's really not that hard to do.
Because he lacks empathy. There really isn't another possibility.God forbid people get offended hearing you use an offensive term or slur. lack of empathy with words, maybe, but if you think when i see someone beaten up, raped, sick or killed and i dont give a fuck about it, then thats not itBecause he lacks empathy. There really isn't another possibility.
I respect that. And I'm honestly not trying to dump on you. But, it seems like you place a much higher emphasis on physical over mental. And I can see that too. But, one cannot simply ignore mental and emotional pain and suffering. They are equally important. Just mt two cents. Like I said, I'm trying not to just go full blast mode here. You just seem kind of emotionally calloused.lack of empathy with words, maybe, but if you think when i see someone beaten up, raped, sick or killed and i dont give a fuck about it, then thats not it
