Man of Steel

Chris Nolan made the greatest trilogy of superhero movies ever with Batman, and I am very interested to see his production take on Superman, a much less dark character than Bruce Wayne. My only fear is that Nolan isn't directing, but hopefully his influence will be all over the film.

The Dark Knight is in my Top 10 favorite movies of all time, and when I watched The Dark Knight Rises at Cinetopia, the audience started applauding and cheering at the end of the movie when the screen went blank and the title came on the screen.

zack snyder (300, watchmen, sucker punch) directed it, should be worth watching at least, and might be pretty good

Zero Dark Thirty or any spy or espionage flic with good actors and a proven director
New Superman looks cool
the second installment of the Hobbit
Jackie Chan's Chinese Zodiac (supposedly his last big action movie).
Elysium
Seventh Son, Just saw it on that list, I love Jeff Bridges and I enjoy any medieval fantasy stuff
Monuments Men

I'll likely see a few ore of those from the list after I read some reviews, and I usually watch about 8-12 movies at the the Portland International Film Festival the last three weeks of February.

I forgot all about the Sin City sequel, and there's another Riddick movie? Not bad.

Wolverine
Gi joe
Star Trek
Sin city 2
Jack Ryan

Great link. So many look great. I'm gonna have to see H&G: Witchunters as it stars my step-nephew.

I guess I should have added the title of the movie to my post "Knights of Badassdom'

same here, I felt that it was one of the better movies the year it came out..just well done, good script etc..dont know why it never went over big on screen...lack of promotion? Distribution? or just not plugged into the vampire, hogwarts craze?

That's really good for a scifi movie.

I suppose so...

I thought it was better than some highly touted movies, like the last three star wars, any of the big screen star trek movies, the last two alien movies..even the seconed tier I wont mention, but that you know..and most I would have to think would have paid off more..I guess tastes have changed with the times..

Did you see Prometheus? I thought it was pretty good. I see that Ridley Scott is already making a sequel.

no..I was told by a friend that it was just OK, we have the same tastes in film..I will wait for cable on that. He did some work on it from wat I remember, and said that the movie could have or should have been edited better...I dont know..Let me ask you , how well does the story line and dialogue flow?

The movie has its flaws, but the visuals are amazing. Unless you have a great home theatre set up I think you missed out not seeing it in the theaters.
