What teams are in most financial trouble?

I think we can get a good idea of what player(s) we could land with our expiring contracts if we know what teams are most desperate to unload salary. I've heard that the Hornets are pretty desperate, and the Kings and Bucks have also got serious issues. Any others?

(I would've put the Suns in there, but (a) Sarver just sounds too unpredictable, and (b) I think now they've fired Terry they'll give the current mix a shot till the end of the season. But then again, only promoting Alvin "failed with the Clippers" Gentry doesn't sound like they're really trying...)

I don't keep up enough. Basically all I do is check the League One standings, wince, and quickly look away. I would've guessed Crouch was still with Liverpool.

Crouch is a great archetype. The annoyingly effective player that it's embarrassing to have on your team, because he's so ungainly and, well, crap-looking. Is there a basketball equivalent? Maybe Matt Bonner? Actually Steven Jackson: watching him go in for a dunk the other night was laughable - he had to take lots of little stutter steps because he wasn't able to time his jump very well. And he always looks like he's going to lose his dribble. But he's GState's best player.

Crouch is/was actually a remarkably effective striker. So no, they don't. (Picture an ungainly stork who scores a lot of headers.)
