I own an older version of a Waveceptor atomic/solar watch, and it's pretty nifty.

You never worry about changing the battery because it's solar powered, and you never worry about it losing time because it syncs up by radio signal with an atomic clock.

It's only $95, so well under the $300 you list. Use the rest of the dough to buy the Orange Box (Portal alone makes it worth it), and porn sites.
