I'm just repeating what I've read somewhere but often this is what they are trained to do and get in trouble if they don't.
 
Don't these cops all wear combat type boots.

I think you could safely lift that dog with your foot and launch it 20 feet away and hope it doesn't get hurt too bad.

No need to shoot it in the face. Something that they'd arrest you for on the spot if you did it.

No, the opposite causal direction is true. Anthropology says that dogs have been bred for 20,000 years to bark. Barking dogs make their suffering human neighbors more accepting of aggression. Therefore if the police killed all dogs, there would be fewer wars.

I responded about how I'd react if that was my dog.

If it was my 60 year old family member that the piece of shit cop shot in the back while he was jogging away I'd literally hunt him down and torture him if he got out of prison.

I don't know how to explain this to you so you'll understand. Logic tells me that if someone is caught by the police keying random cars at the mall they should be arrested.

If I catch someone keying my car at the mall they better fucking run.
