I am guessing Friday night or early SAT, MG was unsure last night on the broadcast, sorta weird that there is no exact date at this time.
 
Have these guys not heard of pdfs? Did it really have to wait for the Fedex guy to show up on the doorstep? It's crazy.
 
Friday is the day Maxie, but I am not sure what the official time is. During the game last night the Mike's said that was the magic question because no one really seemed to know. I would assume that the front office is aware though.
 
Even if Utah has a deal in place, I bet they wait until the very last minute or second to match it.

A deal in place and matching Millsap are two different transactions. They could deal Boozer now, and still wait until the last second on Friday to match Millsap.

Interesting that MB hasn't found out exactly when the Jazz have to match. It would seem pretty easy information to find.

And I agree with everyone here that the Jazz are going to wait as long as possible before letting the NBA know of their decision, even if they've already made it.

Really? When did he say that? Everything I had heard was that it's Friday.

Last week, it was reported that the deal would officially be "given" to the Jazz on Saturday, so that's when the match clock started.

But 7 days from Saturday is Friday, unless they are talking about actual hours, as in 168 hours to match

I believe it's in 168 hours. KP said they don't have to announce it until Saturday evening.
 
according to canzano, the jazz are trying to get the league to extend the deadline another day to saturday..so right now they have till friday

What is point on implementing deadlines or the CBA then. The Jazz just seem pissed off at the moment. Just give us what we want. :ghoti:
