Does anyone know when is NHL Draft Lottery Draw? Where would it be announced and when?

When is the 2018 NHL Draft lottery?
The NHL Draft lottery drawing will take place Saturday, April 28 in Toronto, with representatives from all 14 lottery teams in attendance (the Islanders hold two picks). Fans can watch on NBC Sports Network (time TBD). Then it's off the the scouting combine May 27-June 2, hosted in Buffalo, N.Y., for a fourth straight year.

According to this article draft lottery already happened and Vancouver won the lottery with Montreal having second pick and Edmonton 3rd .

Montreal will get #1

I figured the Rangers would never get it. How can the Coyotes get screwed every time even though they akeats have favorable odds? Because this shit is fixed.

No real change for us. By far the "best odds" were we'd stay the same at 8/9, and we got 9. Now we'll see if we look to deal a couple of picks/RFA's to move into the top 5.

Only team that really jumped right now is Carolina. They went from 11 to top 3. Montreal was 4. Buffalo was # 1 going in. I really hope Buffalo wins it. Carolina only jumps to 3. Montreal gets 2. That's what I hope for. I rather not have Carolina get Dahlen.

I don't know the NHL pick chart and how the values work, but I would look to deal the two later 1st round picks and a 2nd OR 3rd to try and get up to 4 or 5 (maybe include an RFA as well). Then we'd have 4 or 5 and 9. That's the play I'd make.

Plus we'd still have picks in the 2nd and 3rd (and multi picks in one of those rounds - depending if we add a 2nd or 3rd with the two later 1st round picks).

Or deal the two seconds and one of the late firsts to move into the top 15. I think I'd stay at 9 if it's not for one of the top 3, as 5-10 seem to be all on the same level. If we have #9, #16(trade up) and #30 that's not bad.
