IMO- once we get through the first month I think Nate will have the following 5 guys on the court during crunch time.

Bayless
Rudy
Roy
LMA
Oden

With the following three guys getting a few minutes at the start of the 4th but the guys above will finish the game.

Travis
Blake
Webster

I agree with your crunch time players but Outlaw will be in sometimes for Rudy or Bayless but for the most part I agree.

Roy
Rudy
Outlaw
LMA
Oden

Not the best perimeter defensive team -- but I like the offense on this lineup.

Yep. I didn't see much to make me think Webster would supplant Outlaw at the end of games, and I don't see McMillan going to a guy like Bayless with the game on the line when he's got more established finishers on the team.

Yeah, I don't think Bayless will be in there after the first month.

Roy, Rudy, LMA, Oden are definite

I'm not sure between Outlaw or Blake. I'm guessing Blake

True -- but some times McMillan will trust rookies -- like Roy and Udoka (OK -- not a good example given his experience). So Bayless may impress him.

With Udoka, we didn't have any other options really. Same with Roy, and Roy was just so smooth right off the bat. His style is in-control and slow, just about the perfect rookie style for a coach who doesn't play rookies much.

I'd compare Bayless much more to Aldridge in his first season. For much of that year he was stuck behind Jamaal Magloire (as idiotic as that sounds now). He even saw a stretch midseason when he didn't play at all.

Bayless is going to have far more seasoned players ahead of him in Roy, Blake and Rudy. I can see him pushing ahead of Blake before the season is over and maybe even starting, but at the end of games it's going to be Rudy, Roy and Outlaw out there.

Aldridge, Roy, and Oden are the only sure bets. Too early to tell about anyone else, although my guess is that Outlaw will be in there at least early in the season.

Assumig no one is in foul trouble....so after the all star break, I say Bayless, Roy, Rudy/Outlaw, Aldirdge, Oden

Rudy and Travis can alternate offense and defense
