The first one - just erase the sh*t on his face.Also - blend lebron into the bg - he stands out way too much.

I agree here, 1st one. you need to add more patterns and stocks, and make sure to use contrast and lighting, just like in the Troy Brown sig! Sometimes you tend to go away from that, which hurts you.
