People who commit crimes of this nature that are witnessed by many deserve no trial. The witnesses are the ready made jury, and those who commit should be hunted down and shot like rabid animals. Seems like every day we are seeing stuff like this, some asshole who can't cope extracting revenge on innocent people.
...hopefully he dies.
...hopefully he dies.
heard the WH presser....blaming guns for the violence and not the nutjob on the trigger.
Unfortunately, the powers that be want to keep ignoring the fact that we have a mental health issue in this country. It makes for better politics to keep bringing up guns.
...my fear with Trump is that he will have people so divided that the GOP will not be unified, and he'll eventually throw in the towel and throw his endorsement to the Dems.
Yes, lol! She was being such a fag. Gays just don't understand, they can corrupt the legal system, but not 1A and religious liberty. No group of lawyers will ever convince me that sexual deviency is moral. It's a developmental defect in <1% of the human population....you did see that Cruz video I posted the other day, right?... (the one where the Canadian actress tried to ambush him but got punked instead)
...ahhh, so I assume that they still have not found the "gene" yet?Yes, lol! She was being such a fag. Gays just don't understand, they can corrupt the legal system, but not 1A and religious liberty. The media is to be blamed for the most part here. They control what we see in the news, and they control what we learn about current events. I've completely lost faith in the news industry; every network tells you what they want you to hear. I blame the media, not the public. Someone gets screwed in every situation like this. What I find amazing is that no labels were given to either the victims or the shooter. But had it been in reverse it would have said something like " The gunman who was WHITE approached the two BLACK victims & opened fire".
And the'll be no protests, no marches, no rallys. NOTHING!.
Cell phones, extremely limited labour, and cable TV are given out of kindness, which makes zero sense. The rest of those are basic human necessities. We can't survive without living space, fresh air, and protection from extreme temperatures. The bigger problem is that the justice system is screwed. Cops are arresting people for tiny things and it's coming out of our wallets....I'll add to that be saying that it's a joke that we should also all be paying for these kind of people to spend the rest of their sorry assed lives in jail...3 squares a day, outdoor privileges, cell phones, cable TV, central heat and air, no work, etc.,...hell, they have it better than a lot of people in the outside world who actually work for a living.
...they need to bring back the old chain gangs.

Back to guns,
The issue of firearms will be a never-ending debate. We live in a world where owning a gun is becoming more and more of a necessity rather than an option. We live in a world where our neighbor could be out to kill us. (Highly unlikely, but yes, it's possible.) We don't need reform concerning owning weapons, we need reform on educating people. If gunstore owners are better educated, we'll see a decrease in the amount of guns falling into the wrong hands. If gun owners are educated, we'll see a decrease in gun accidents. This has to work both ways.
The reason we're stuck is because our government (GOP and Dems) are too busy arguing and too stubborn to fix our issues. This issue has become more than a gun issue, more than a government issue, but an American issue. Every other developed nation has a plan concerning guns; some have banned them entirely, some have allowed them and restricted certain things. BOTH methods have worked, and we have to decide what nation we're going to be, because if we don't change, we won't progress.

You got that all wrong Mess. Those folks, including me, flat out reject the premise that "any plan" should include limiting an enumerated right. Any plan better start with enforcing the laws on the books. And if that's so freaking hard, I'm happy to remove the more restrictive ones. We don't need gun reform, we need law enforcement. Same with the border, we don't need immigration reform...we need law enforcement. There is no govt action related to guns, compliant with the 2nd Amendment, that will reduce violence. As 59 says, what needs reforming is society - its got to get back in line with the Constitution. Because that "overreaction" is the only thing saving you from socialist and tyranny.Unfortunately, the slightest mention of any plan concerning guns makes segments of the population overreact as if somebody was going to steal their first born child.
