Whitney Houston's daughter revived after being rushed to hospital

Bobbi Kristina Brown, the only daughter of late pop star Whitney Houston and singer Bobby Brown, was found unresponsive in a bathtub at her Georgia home on Saturday, but she was revived after being rushed to a hospital, police said.

The incident comes nearly three years after Houston, a superstar who battled substance abuse, drowned in a bathtub in Beverly Hills, California, in February 2012. Authorities have said cocaine use and heart disease contributed to her death.

Brown, 21, was found at about 10:20 a.m. (1520 GMT) in the bathtub at her suburban Atlanta home by her husband and a friend, said Lisa Holland, public information officer for the Roswell Police Department.

Two days after she was found facedown and unresponsive in a bathtub full of water at her Roswell, Georgia, home, Whitney Houston's daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown is on a ventilator and in intensive care, a source close to the family said.

Brown, 21, was placed in a medically induced coma and the status of her brain function won't be known until the sedatives are reduced, the source told CNN.

"Bobbi Kristina is fighting for her life and is surrounded by immediate family. As her father already stated, we are asking you to honor our request for privacy during this difficult time," the Houston family said, thanking her supporters.

Just a few days after being rushed to North Fulton Hospital in Roswell, Georgia, Bobbi Kristina Brown is no longer under the care of that facility.

The hospital where Brown, 21, had been since she was found unresponsive in her bathtub Saturday confirmed to ABC News today that she was no longer a patient. Brown has been moved to a different hospital, but details of where or when this took place were not given.

On Monday, the family of Brown's late mother, Whitney Houston, released a statement to ABC News, saying, “Bobbi Kristina is fighting for her life and is surrounded by immediate family. As her father already stated, we are asking you to honor our request for privacy during this difficult time. Thank you for your prayers, well wishes, and we greatly appreciate your continued support."

Brown, an aspiring actress and singer, is the daughter of Bobby Brown and Houston. Her husband, Nick Gordon, and a friend found her Saturday, face down in her tub, authorities said. Police arrived that morning and performed lifesaving measures until rescue personnel arrived, according to officials.
