Please tell me the "physical evidence" you're talking about.

DNA, semen, hair, corroborating witnesses, that kinda stuff. Without evidence you can't let people get locked up just because they're accused of something.

I would have said, "It's in the past. Kavanaugh made a mistake but he was young." However, now he lied about it and I can't forgive that when applying for a job and going through a job interview.
