Been a Dave fan since I was a child, always hated Leno. Conan is a close second.

Leno. He's #1 in the ratings, and NBC fired him because he actually pokes fun at Obama.

thats only funny if you meant it to be funny, because otherwise, it's just sad that you believe it.

I picture you posting that wearing a Miami Heat jersey and a Baltimore Ravens hat.

"They're #1! They're my favorite!"

Leno is #1 in the geriatric ratings. He leads in demos that channels and advertisers aren't targeting. He's thoroughly unlikable. I hope he goes to Fox or USA and flops.

I like all of those listed except for Leno. I think Ferguson is the most charming and Letterman is the funniest.

Overall I think Colbert is the best interviewer and actor of the bunch.

I honestly didn't realize people still watch late night tv.

I agree with all of this except I'd say Colbert and Ferguson are equally talented interviewers. No matter who their guests are, it's always funny.

They are both genuine and warm-hearted.

I watched late night tv a lot as a kid growing up. Now, I don't get a chance since I like to go to sleep at a somewhat early hour for work in the morning. But I've always like Conan, Leno, Kimmel and Fallon. Don't really care for any of the others.

I actually hadn't watched any of them pretty much all year until the last couple weeks. I've been going to sleep later recently so I just watch Ferguson and sometimes Conan.

He is on when I watch late night tv.

I really only watch "late night talk shows" if there's a guest or band that I want to see on there, but Leno and Fallon are pretty hard to take... almost unwatchable. One of my favorite musicians was on Fallon the other day, and I had to change the channel. I really couldn't sit through a whole Fallon interview...

I don't know if you'd throw Tavis Smiley in this category (don't see why not), but if he were in the poll, I'd probably vote for him.

Torn between Fallon and Kimmel.

Btw, Arsenio ought to make a comeback. He was a little before my time but I remember he was on Leno and stole the show. Such a bright personality.

No idea who Tavis Smiley is, sorry.

The guy's on PBS, which falls right in between CBS/NBC/ABC on my cable during the "late night" hours. He also hosts a radio show.

This past week I saw that he had guests on like John Densmore (from The Doors) and Mos Def. He has more of a serious interview style, and a lot of his guests tend to be writers, politicians, activists, etc., but when he gets entertainers, his interviews with them actually have some substance to them.
