Wade Philips. I'm a Cowboy Fan and I can tell you that Wade will not be back next season. I don't think the Boys will make the playoffs (they lost Demarcus Ware - their best defensive player today) and they have a tough remaining schedule.

Jerry Jones will need a new scapegoat (last year was TO) and he'll can Phillips. I don't think that is a bad idea. Since Phillips took over, too many penalties, poor execution at crucial times, and everybody knows about the December nose dives . . . he's gotta go.

Any victories the 'Boyz have are in spite of Wade Phillips. It sucks for me, because as a 'Skins fan, it means Jones will hire someone really competent, specifically Mike Shanahan.
