I always tought CJ was a punk.

Tommy was ok, but I never got into Vice City so his character didn't make a big impact on me.

Haven't played IV yet, so my opinion doesn't hold that much weight. But I liked Vercetti the most out of the PS2 games. Ray Liotta voiced him well and he had a ornery sense of humour.
