Who will it be?

I'd love for the Jets to win, but............

Colts & Vikings.

I have a feeling Favre is going to have another epic meltdown.

I think NO deserves some good fortune. I'm rooting for the Saints.

I think NO is the better team, but I have no idea why I have a gut feeling it will be the Colts and Vikes. We'll see. I like both NFC teams.

GREAT pump-fake by Sanchez!

Sanchez is ON FIRE!

Reincarnation of Broadway Joe.

Usually, one play doesn't make a difference, but that 12-men-on-the-field penalty was HUGE! Instead of 3-and-out, the Colts then went down and scored a TD just before the half which gave them a big lift.

BTW, Peyton proved again what a pro's pro he is. He sensed that 12th man and made a quick call, triggering the penalty.

Apparently its not cool to be laughing your ass off in front of a million viking fans

Just think that many of them are bandwagon fans.

Meh my school is pretty close to Minneapolis so actually the majority of them are viking fans. One thing I've learned here is Viking fans are pretty loyal, even when the team is doing horrible.

I love that if this is it for him, Favre's last pass ever will be an INT.

Didn't they say that same thing about him a few years ago...against the Eagles?

Well, that makes 18 straight years of my teams missing out on title games (Vikings, Blazers, Ducks, Twins).

My dad and all his family members that moved to Portland are from Minnesota and he always loved them, so I loved them. I never developed a relationship with the Seahawks and the Mariners, and it didn't help that they were always terrible in my youth. I just didn't connect with Seattle teams. My friend and I had a discussion about the teams he loved, and he criticized me for not cheering for the nearest team, but I put forth the argument that if you don't have a team in your local market, rather than choosing the nearest team you are allowed to choose your father's team and be "legit". He said that's fair. Then we talked about another friend who happened to be a Lakers/Cowboys/Yankees fan, which is like douche-trifecta right there. You can be one, but not two or three according to us.

Anyway, that's how I claim Vikes and Twins "legitimately". Sadly, my father's dying, and I really wanted him to see the Vikes win the Super Bowl at least once before he passes. He watched the game from the hospital.
