It's so painful to watch and we lose leads every single time. I don't even watch anymore when he's there as it's just brutal beyond belief. Twice lately I've watched feeds from the other team and they are incredulous when Roy is at PG. I still like Roy, but I just don't get it. The offense stagnates to less than a crawl, our defense gets terrible... ugh!

Roy thus far is +12 for the game. Miller is +5, and Mills was -4 when both Roy and Miller were out of the game.

Tells me that Roy isn't as terrible as you claim at PG.

Roy is inconsistent but is still capable of playing very well for stretches.

When he plays PG, we go in the tank. You don't even understand what I'm saying.

Obviously Nate believes that the guy who can no longer drive to the hoop, elevate or jump, and hasn't been hitting outside shots with any consistency should be your PG.

Oh well...after going 7-32 in his last 2 games, I think his official position is now "bricklayer."

Why does Nate play Roy at PG?

Because Cho traded away Bayless, that's why.

why does Nate play Roy so much period is now becoming the better question

Pictures of Nate in a compromising and embarrassing situation exist. Juan Dixon was the first to get ahold of them. They've been passed around a few times and have ended up in the hands of Brandon Roy. He who controls the pictures, controls the coach.

Like so many other problems, this traces back to getting rid of Sergio. Sergio was a natural PG, and Bayless and Roy aren't.
