Under the Obama administration, Colleges are being forced to handle these cases administratively using a Preponderance of evidence standard. A young man can be found guilty, expelled from school , and blocked from enrolling in another, without a benefit of counsel, witnesses, or even a trial.
"However, any procedures used for sexual violence complaints including disciplinary procedures, must meet the Title IX requirement of affording a complainant a prompt and equitable resolution (as discussed in question C-5), including applying the preponderance of the evidence standard of review...."
A bogus domestic violence misdemeanor will eliminate your gun today. How long will it be that this administrative railroad job also eliminates your rights?
