You could very well be right but my man Will is gonna be a player in this league. He knows how to play without fear, which most players can never do; the rest will eventually come.
For me, "playing without fear" doesn't mean a guy shoots everytime he thinks he can score; but a guy who isn't afraid to attack the basket, to take a shot when he is open, to try to make a pass without overthinking. Will definitely has to work on his decision-making but my take is that he is willing to learn. He just needs to learn that even though he may only be in the game for a short time; he doesn't need to try to do everything.Really? Too many players "play without fear." It's why we have so many tweener guards with Allen Iverson complexes coming up through the system. It's one thing to take open shots and not be afraid to play against great players or whatever, but if I'm a coach, the last kind of player I want is a guy who's going to gamble defensively and shoot every time he thinks he can score.
