Why does adding Butler or Jamison not excite me?

1. They're nearing the end of their prime.
2. They've not been able to win games with what seems a decent collection of talent.

We'd be giving up quality players for questionable additions. I'm not down with this.

If we can't find a taker for Miller or Fernandez in a deal that nets us a better fitting player, I'd rather continue building through the draft and free agency. It's worked well so far.

Butler is only 30. He's still got some good years left.
