Damn son you're fast.

And not entirely, Larry said they need a 'new voice' to lead the players. I still think that the coaching turnaround in this league is out of hand. Some of the situations seem to warrant it (I'd argue this is one of them) but many of them seem like they are done because the front office doesn't know how to bring the right coach in to lead the players (Blatt).

Here's the tweet:

Well I hope they enjoy painfully slow basketball with iso plays ad nauseam.

Next to Doc Rivers, Nate McMillan, without exaggeration has to be one of the most overrated coaches in NBA history. And I suspect that if PA really does have some reluctance to sign Stotts to a well paid and long term contract, it's because he still feels burned for buying into....and overpaying for....the McMillan hype. This is a classic case of recycling garbage because a team doesn't have a front office with the imagination or the courage to go in new and different directions. The old boy network lives on........

Awesome! I really like Steve Blake and he deserves the max deal that Nate will make the Pacers give him.

Damn! Do they ever bring new blood into this league...... talk about the old boys network. Wonder if this will help Joey Buckets get more playing time..... no  he's just not that good.

President Larry Bird seems to want more pace, so McMillan likely had that part of the game in his pitch to get this job.

Nate: "Larry, I believe in a really fast paced game that's slowed down to prevent unnecessary turnovers."

That pitch wouldn't be hard for him, he kept making that pitch as Blazers coach too. "We want to run, we want to push the ball, we just need to avoid turnovers." He wants to run...as long as there's no risk of a turnover. So, his teams don't run. But he's not anti-pace. He's pro-fantasy-land-pace.

I don't know man. One thing Coach Nate was never without here was LaMarcus' ego. I'm not going to completely right him off as a head coach. Depending on their off-season, I don't necessarily see Indiana falling off because of this. If they make the right moves I think they can find their way back to home court in the East.

As crazy as it sounds they could start by bringing back Hibbert... Assuming all those bad blood rumors between PG and Roy were just that.

My little Notepad file "how to post tweet on S2" is dated July 4, 2015, but I have only recently begun to use the secret instructions. As the Anti-Christ, it is ironic fate that I learned on the 4th of July how to conquer the virtual world.

It's not difficult and doesn't require any special instructions with the new software.

The file is 41 bytes on my hard drive, so yes, the instructions are simple. But your new software truncates my hair in my avatar and makes me look bald. How do I resize it to display my fully elegant visage? Why don't you do it and show off your skill in cosmetology.

I am happy for Nate that he gets another shot. Funny thing is, sometimes you have to go contrarian to improve. While everyone is into SSOL, the Pacers are going TSOM ( Twenty Seconds OrMore). But yeah, ummm, noooo, even typing this I can't really justify this hire. Still, good for Nate.
