I was gonna be more specific. Like if I was on the Supreme Court and couldn't really care less about the outcome of a specific case one way or the other...I might think about ruling for one side if they paid me enough.

We're all selling out by letting our government go 20 trillion in debt. Whatever we think we're getting for that money we can't afford it.
